02 What data we collect
Through the quotation form we collect the data you provide: your full name and e-mail address (required) and, optionally, phone number, type of venue, coffees per day, message and the model selected in the form or the grinder selector.
With the enquiry we store the IP address and information about how you reached the site (e.g. which ad or search engine), to protect the form against abuse and to measure our marketing.

We process data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR), to protect the form against spam (Art. 6(1)(f)) and to establish or defend claims (Art. 6(1)(f)). Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact or until consent is withdrawn.
04 Recipients
Data is stored on the server hosting the site and sent to us by e-mail. We use hosting and e-mail providers and, only after your consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Fonts are hosted on our server, so opening the site does not send data to Google.
